Delete account and data

You can permanently delete your RezeptSuite Cloud account and its associated data, either directly in RezeptSuite Cloud or by email.

After signing in, open the overview via your username. In the “Settings” section, find “Account and data”, select “Delete account” and confirm the security prompt with “Delete permanently”.

If you cannot sign in, send us a request from the email address associated with your account. Identity verification may be required to protect your account.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your sign-in and profile data as well as the recipes, categories, images, shopping lists, weekly plan and calendar data, private shares, technical mappings and subscription data held by RezeptSuite that are associated with your account.

What may be retained

Completed order and invoice data may be retained to the extent required by law for commercial and tax retention periods. After account deletion, this data is processed only for legally required purposes and is deleted when the applicable period expires.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your RezeptSuite account does not terminate contracts or subscriptions with Google Play or PayPal. Active subscriptions must also be cancelled directly with the relevant payment provider.
